The Double O Club is regular, twice-a-year care that catches the small stuff early, keeps your system efficient, and helps it last well past the average. It’s the most direct way we can keep you in “quick repair” territory instead of “time to replace it” territory.
Members also get priority when something breaks, no diagnostic fees, and a discount on any work you do need. Same plain-language, no-pressure service. You just get to the front of the line.

The details
How it works
One membership covers your home
The Double O Club is tied to your address, not to each piece of equipment, so one membership covers every HVAC system at that property. Additional properties each need their own membership. Benefits stay active while your membership is current, and they’re specific to you (non-transferable).
The commitment
Membership runs for one year to start, which is what lets us give you consistent care across both seasons. After that first year, you can cancel anytime, no penalty. Monthly plans are set up on automatic payment with a card. Annual plans can be paid by card, check, or cash at the start of each year, and you’re welcome to prepay multiple years if you’d rather.

Why we built it this way
We’d rather help you get every good year out of the system you have than sell you a new one before you need it. Regular maintenance is how that actually happens. A well-cared-for furnace or AC routinely outlasts the 10 to 15 year averages people quote. The Club is just the simplest way to keep your system in that category, and to make sure that when you do call, you’re talking to someone who already knows your equipment.
