We walk you through what's going on with your system in plain language. You should understand it well enough to feel confident in your decision.

We fix before we replace.

A good repair beats an unnecessary replacement. When a repair will get you years more out of your system, we'll say so. When a replacement really is the smarter call, we'll show you why. Either way, it's your decision.

Good enough for our house, or it's not done.

Residential furnace and heat pump service in West Michigan. Install, repair, and seasonal tune-ups, with upfront pricing you approve before we begin.

Cooling

Central air conditioning and ductless mini-splits, including additions and rooms without ductwork. We diagnose the problem, and quote the fix.

Air quality

Indoor air quality upgrades: humidifiers, UV sterilizers, and whole-home air purifiers. Healthier air, installed and maintained by your local HVAC team.

Thermostats & controls

Smart thermostat installation and HVAC control upgrades. Wi-Fi and programmable thermostats, zoning, and humidity controls configured for your system.

Our story

Two O’s. One standard.

Tyler and Seth met on the job. They’d both seen the same thing happen up close: as private equity bought up local shops, the pressure shifted from fixing problems to closing sales, and customers ended up paying for systems they didn’t need. So they started Double O to do it the way they’d always believed it should be done. Repair what’s worth repairing. Explain everything in plain language. Charge a fair price. And stand behind the work, because they live here too.
